About Mill Creek Community Partnership

MCCP is a grassroots community based 501 c 3 nonprofit that was co-founded by Cass Green in 2015 with the mission to serve as a catalyst for change through arts, culture, education, community based-initiatives, economic empowerment, activism and building capacity through collaboration. Fine Arts Through Our Eyes (FATOE) Community Arts Initiative since 2016 has provided free arts programming throughout the city and been a leader in trauma informed, healing, arts education and creative placekeeping, uplifts artists of color, produced the Mill Creek Documentary, and made art programming accessible during COVID with its FATOE ArtBUS (mobile arts classroom).

“Our goal is to bring a high quality multi-generational music, arts and cultural experience to West Philly that is free of charge, celebrating the fusion of Hip-hop and Jazz” Lu Bevins, MCCP’s Vice President stated. “This is MCCP’s annual fundraiser that benefits its ongoing programming, which includes creative and visual arts, community engagement, capacity building, and ‘quality of life’ initiatives. “ Eli Bevins, Board President at MCCP, added.
